A teardown receipt is graded from independent readback: absent is pass, present is fail, unavailable is unknown. Unknown is distinct from pass and fail. Verdict precedence is fail, then unknown, then pass.
Run locally: node src/cli.mjs fixtures/positive-clean-teardown.json. Exit 0 only on pass.
Hosted evaluation and history require an entitled account after auth and billing are enabled.
